Abstract

Pertumbuhan eksponensial literatur Knowledge Management System (KMS) menuntut pemetaan sistematis untuk mengidentifikasi tren evolusi, pilar intelektual, dan kesenjangan penelitian. Studi ini mengadopsi pendekatan bibliometrik, menganalisis 2.021 artikel jurnal terkait KMS dari database Scopus menggunakan paket bibliometrix di R. Hasil utama mengungkap tiga poin: (1) pertumbuhan publikasi yang matang sejak tahun 2000-an dengan struktur konseptual yang berpusat pada pilar sosio-teknis knowledge sharing dan ontology; (2) terbentuknya komunitas riset global yang terhubung namun terpusat; dan (3) adanya kesenjangan riset yang signifikan pada konteks non-korporat (UMKM, pendidikan) dan adopsi teknologi disruptif (AI, blockchain). Implikasinya, temuan ini menyediakan peta jalan empiris yang mendesak bagi komunitas riset untuk mengarahkan inovasi ke area-area tersebut dan mendorong pendekatan lintas disiplin guna memajukan implementasi KMS di masa depan.
